Collaborative Learning Lab (CLL) believes education is a gateway to opportunity and success. We believe confidence and knowledge allow students to develop a keen perspective toward life; this in turn, allows them to inquire about the world and take risks. We believe thriving communities are rooted in creating self sufficient, confident and curious individuals. Our students and professional educators learn from each other in a continuous and collaborative process. With emphasis on curiosity, Collaborative Learning Lab works with students to achieve their academic, organizational, and personal potential.
Our Services
What We Do
CLL Tutoring offers support in various subjects and tests from Pre-School to College. This includes: GRE, ACT, SAT, SAT IIs, PSAT, SHSAT, ISEEs, State tests, Gifted and Talented tests, Algebra 1&2, Biology, Physics, English, Writing, French and Spanish 1- AP, and more.
We are currently offering learning pods for students interested in learning together. Contact us to learn more.
We also offer ESL programs for both adults and children.
Why We Do It
As successful tutors with 10+ years of experience, Collaborative Learning Lab works on improving students’ academic performances by looking at the work and offering strategies that extend beyond the classroom. Through a traditional and holistic approach to education, we work on their organization, creativity and confidence, so students can gain the necessary skills to succeed. Our team of educators teach students how to work within the system while encouraging them to think outside of it. We provide multiple resources for learning, as well as support and expertise.
How We Do It
One-on-one sessions can take place at home, on-line, or at a site that fosters success for the student.
Collaborative Learning Lab adopts and implements a wide range of educational pedagogies to better serve students’ individual needs.
Creative activities supplement traditional methods and are interwoven when needed to create a deeper understanding of the subject.
Our tutors work side by side with the student and family to create strategies that will enrich the student’s learning for years to come.
